All Temporary Puppy Registration Applications and Transfers of Ownerships MUST be submitted with 3 clear color photos of the dog to be registered. 

All Litter Applications MUST be accompanied by 1 photo of each puppy in the litter.

  Customers located in the United States can pay with personal checks, money orders, and Visa/Discover/MasterCard. Customers located outside the United States must pay with a Visa/Discover/MasterCard.
